Enterwin Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to enterwin. This platform is operated by enterwin Entertainment Ltd, a company registered and licensed to provide online entertainment services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, games, and all content available through the enterwin platform.

• Enterwin is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures or interruptions beyond our control
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Completed game results are final and no compensation will be given for unsatisfactory outcomes
• Enterwin is not responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges that may be applied to your winnings by local authorities

Enterwin's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Enterwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect, except in situations that require immediate action.
